"My husband and I had an amazing time at SAMSAM. The staffs that SAMSAM is super friendly and super responsive. The food by SAMSAM is absolutely delicious! The resort is located in a great area, and near by is walkable beach and local cafe and restaurants! The resort also offers bike rentals and scooter rental for fee which allowed us to explore the island! I would highly recommend SAMSAM :) "

"From the moment of check-in to when we checked out. The entire staff pandered to our every wish, On the second day it looked like one of the tires on my car was low. One of staff actually used a Bicycle Pump to top up the air. He then took me a local tire repair shop and got it fixed very cheap. The next day he came back and asked f all was well. "Came during off-peak season, so the serenity was more than we could ask for. Ao Nang beach is about 10 min drive away, while Krabi Town is about 25min away. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Their front desk is manned round-the-clock."

"Villa surrounding was secluded. Difficult to get grab as there is no address to the Villa. Luckily the is a hotel across the road where we can eat. If not you will only have the 7-11 outside. There is a massive black out a few hours before we check out to sum up our holiday. "

"We turned up to the villa we had booked to find another family was in the villa for the time we had booked, we contacted the owner to find out that and double booked and they moved us to another place without a swimming pool in the middle of no where, on arrival workers was present working on the ground surrounding the property. "Great quiet location on a beautiful beach. Beautiful garden and pool. Ganesh restaurant in front of villa serves tasty and fresh food. If you like wildlife and nature and are not afraid of bugs and monkeys, this is your place! Note that only 2 of the 3 bedroom has AC, one has fan."

"First time in Krabi. The hotel is beautiful. Very clean . With a lot of amenities. All the staff were very nice and professional. We stayed on a high end room. The room had a king bed , soaking tub and shower , jacuzzi, sun, and tanning area. Room service and laundry service.. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our stay magical. "Beautiful place like the photos!!! Beautiful views and nice island to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The only thing is that there were tiny ants in the room but its understandable as the resort is surrounded by nature. Staff are friendly and awesome! "

Centara Ao Nang Beach Resort & Spa Krabi

Great for kids!

"Shout out to David and Tina - the two remarkable folks managing the kids activities. You both made a huge difference to our kids and the overall trip - thanks so much! The hotel is nice - the breakfasts aren't anything you are going to write a review about - but they are fine and varied and not too bad. The restaurant at the beachside pool is very yummy if a bit expensive. Don't miss dinner there with the trio of young ladies singing and the fireshow - lots of fun. The pools were the highlight of the trip! We were happy to be in one of the poolside family suites and it worked really well for us. The downside as others have mentioned were the folks at the front desk - perfunctorily friendly and absolutely unhelpful - don't ask them for anything, don't lose anything, don't have any special requests because it's not going to happen. They may acknowledge an issue, but they won't actually do anything about it. Having said that - it's a nice place with nice people - you'll enjoy it."
