"Fantastic hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and very spacious rooms with a little kitchen to prep your food. Comfortable beds and a nice little living area. Perfect place to stay overnight as we drove from UK to Sweden. Didn't get a chance to use the outside areas as it was winter and weather didnt allow it. But will 100% stay here again next time we pass."

"The hotel is visibly old and could do with a refurbishment. The room was spacious but primitive. The restaurant is recently overtaken by two younger chefs and is excellent. The hotel and restaurant are seperate businesses. The hotel staff was kind but forgetful. My partner is intolerant to Gluten but despite having called in advance and been reassured that glutenfree bread was available, it was still forgotten twice at breakfast and long waiting as consequence. "Lejligheden var rigtig fin. Dog var der 2 ting der ikke fungerede. Den ene sengelampe på værelset ved køkkenet hang der blot en strømledning men der var ingen kontakt så ingen mulighed for at anvende denne. I stuen var der en radio med cd afspiller men denne kunne ikke tændes. Alt i lejligheden var ellers rigtig fint."

"The owner did everything. He was the best traditional innkeeper I have ever encountered. He was very helpful with checking ferry times etc for us. My wife was looking for a nativity and he put us in contact with shopkeepers who might be able to help. The building itself had lots of character and history. Breakfast was excellent. Room was comfortable with a midern clean bathroom."

"Beautiful building and unique location. Comfortable room and wonderful dining experience! Staff a little inexperienced but very helpful and friendly. Poor communication between restaurant and hotel had us very nearly not being charged for dinner. You shouldn’t have to rely on the honesty of your guests! Otherwise faultless. "
