"I booked a basement of a house with separate entrance. On the day of my reservation I was told someone booked the whole house so I could not Use the basement. She gave me an “upgrade” the house where I stayed was nicer than what I booked however it was 20 minutes farther from where I wanted to be and I was sharing the house with other guests. This is the same story to all staying at the house."

We had a little trouble with the keypad getting in the apartment property manager helped us with that nice place to stay warm and cozy. Serves the purpose for what we needed it for.
