"The Nyton is an older property, and has all the problems that come with that. Our host was very amenable, and the food was A1. Our room was big enough and the bed was very comfortable. The garden is large and there are several animal visitors to watch for. Fine for a stopover or short stay. "

"Its not what I didn't like staying at the place. As the place is very reasonable in price concidering the places around the area. For short stays its good. Comfy bed shower and toilet facilities. Place is clean what more do you want. I noticed people want everything for a cheap price. Simple rooms with a bathroom. The couple running the site are lovely and friendly but if booking to stay please read what your needs are. "

Location - the center is 10 minutes walk away, paid parking is 3 minutes away 20 pounds per day, free on Sunday. Communication - I used email, the answer was immediate. Of the minuses, do not forget to make a deposit (it is clear why)."

I had a home cooked evening meal, which the host will provide for a reasonable cost. It is lovely to be out in the countryside - and I felt totally at home. Unfortunately I experienced a flat tire whilst there (a really old tire went pop) and the host was so kind - he sorted me out with a replacement tyre to keep me on the road for my meetings. "Last minute booking for 1 night, as got tickets to a gig at the Cambridge Corn Exchange. Absolutely loved this hotel. Quirky, clean, comfortable and the little cocktail bar off the lobby is gorgeous. Staff all very friendly. The hotel was full, so parking wasn’t a bit of a pain. I wasn’t aware you can book parking at time of booking, so would recommend doing this. £15 a night from memory. "

"A unique place to stay that really ticked the boxes - I stayed as part of a group and each of us enjoyed the experience, the birds, meerkats, tortoises & reptiles adding to an amazing stay! The bird show (included in price) was good and the staff extremely knowledgeable - the self contained rooms were very clean & comfortable and having a kitchenette with fridge/toaster etc was perfect, the en-suite shower room was large & again very clean - highly recommend a stay here!"
