" Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb von Helmstedt in ruhiger Lage, so dass es ratsam ist, ein Auto zur Verfügung zu haben. Zimmer sind gefällig eingerichtet, geräumig und enthalten alles was man braucht. Dies gilt auch für die gut ausgestattete moderne Küche. Auch gibt es eine schöne Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, wo man gemütlich sitzen kann. Einzig die Wohnungstür ist etwas dünn, so dass man wenn jemand im Treppenhaus vor der Wohnung die Treppe benutzt, leicht erschrickt, zumal wenn dies sehr früh am...

"Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Goslar, auch bei durchwachsenem Wetter. Die schöne Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und liegt direkt in der Altstadt, so daß man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Auch Bäcker und Supermarkt sind nicht weit. "

"Wir waren vom 30.12.2023 bis 02.01.2024 in der Wohnung De Luchs. Die Wohnung ist schick und gemütlich eingerichtet.Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna haben wir gern genutzt. Am Kiosk im Haus kann man Brötchen bestellen, es gibt sogar Gepäckwagen,mit denen man seine Koffer in die Wohnung transportieren kann. Sie Wohnung ist sehr ruhig,trotz des nahen Fahrstuhls. Das vorhandene Boxspringbett und die Kissen sind super bequem. Der elektrische Sessel im Wohnbereich ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen....

"This is a beautiful apartment which is close to our son in Braunschweig. Very clean and quiet with everything that we needed. It is very close to the bakery and cafe, the pizzeria and the Edeka supermarket just across the road by the traffic lights is brilliant. Close to the main road and buses. We hope to go back again."

"The appartment is well represented by the listing photographs. There’s plenty of space, the kitchen is very usable and the chairs in the living room had been replaced with more comfortable ones. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The shower in the main bathroom was especially nice. The things that were slightly less good were getting in and the location. We arrived later than expected and in the dark. Driving into the courtyard felt unnerving as the apartment is adjoined...
