"Overall we liked the hotel, spacious room, comfy bed and welcoming staff. Fabulous pool area and we tried the tapas restaurant for dinner and it was excellent. What didn’t go well. I used chat function to advise we would bring our dog and got a response this was no problem. When we arrived at 17:30 they had no record of this. They were nice about it and brought a dog kit to our room shortly after check in. Our room was not completely set up, no robes, slippers or towels for the room. Toiletries...

"This hotel is a great modern hotel not far from the city center. The top of the hotel is where you have an amazing breakfast in the morning and excellent dinner options at night while offering a great view from the eighth floor. Staff is great and parking is right there, though expensive. The room is clean and comfortable."

"Loved this place. The rooms were great - we had adjoining. The breakfast was AMAZING! The best I’ve ever had. The beautiful restaurant it is served in, the choices, good coffee, cheeses, eggs, salads meat, fish, juices……. I loved it. Good location to walk to Christmas markets. Parking onsite. "We stayed one night. The bed was uncomfortable. Felt like an old mattress. Pillows were flat and hard. Thus a poor nights sleep. We were thankful the window opens for fresh air. The bathtub/shower combination is poor. The removable shower head is too low for the average person so either manually hold it or crouch down under it. "If you like a maritim neighbourhood and a view overlooking a Marina it's a perfect hotel for a family vacation. Rooms are with toddler chairs, microwave and good, new matrazes. Very friendly staff!"
