The walls, floors, bathrooms and doors have been redone and are kept very clean. And the beds are really comfortable. Parking is easy in front of your room, and the carports over the parking spots are a great idea for guarding against rain and snow. Easy access to US-97 as well, with the large Pilot gasoline station conveniently across the road...
