"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. "I stayed here for two weeks I love it, the apartment has everything you need the only thing that was missing is ironing board and washing machine. The only downside was it was too noisy when you open the window because it was directly towards the main road however it was the best apartment I’ve stayed in that area it’s so beautiful decorated and clean and massive space, the reception was really friendly and nice"

"This property is located in a beautiful place, room was ok, and staff was friendly. However the hotel site and the ad are misleading and I will explain why. My friends and I were on a two week road-trip and this was our final stop before driving home to Germany. We selected the hotel and decided to pay a little extra because this place advertised a beautiful Spa and wellness area, open year round (this still shows on the site). "Great location near the train station. Ample parking if you need to park a car. Housekeeping kept the room clean daily. Bed was too soft, not good for my back. Aircon didn’t work properly when I was there."

"There is one staf who ruins the reputation and good service of the whole hotel, I would go again if I knew that she wasn't there. Good location"

"Location off-centre, convenient for the University, Minimundus and Wörthersee. The access to the city centre is not too complicated, takes about 15-20min by local bus though a bit of being organised helps as the local buses only run every 30min. The room was rather basic, felt mostly like an upgraded dorm, although it was clean and bathroom was in a good shape. Staff welcoming and helpful. Breakfast good with both hot and cold options."

"When I arrived there was no one at the front desk. While it is not such a big deal there are no elevators so if you have a heavy bag, be prepared to carry it up the stairs. Breakfast was ok, the property was clean, staff friendly. Shower was very small."

"Maria Louise and Peter were fantastic hosts by being very helpful and friendly and making our stay very enjoyable. The house was superb with wonderful views towards the mountains."

"Continuing from where I was before… The other aspects we found frustrating were that the room was so hot! The first evening there it was roasting, found it hard to sleep! But again the staff were great and even though the air conditioning couldn’t be turned on, they made the effort to supply a portable air con machine which took the heat off a bit which ultimately meant our baby could then sleep peacefully! In summary, hotel was okay, I’d be open to staying somewhere else if based upon hotel, but wouldn’t as the staff deserve all the praise and would ultimately be the reason as to why I would stay again and recommend to other people visiting! "
