"Really nice new hotel and the staff were amazing assistive and very welcoming. There were however a few teething problems that I’m sure will get resolved over time and tbh I’m being really petty, but things like the conditioner in the bathroom not stuck to the wall like the shampoo and body soap. No teaspoon in the room. Confusion over signage to reception (we found out there are two on different levels but this could have been clearer) The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the shower was nice a hot and powerful. Would stay again but would benefit from a buddying up with a car park provider to offer discount like another couple of the city centre hotels we frequently use, especially as this one doesn’t have a pool so it really needs to offer incentives"

"Stayed for one night mid-week. We paid extra for an executive room. The first room had a musty smell in the bathroom, and we were given a different room immediately with a voucher for complimentary drinks as a good will gesture. The second room was spotless and very comfortable. The bathroom had a walk in shower which was lush. The staff were very friendly and accompanied and I would definitely stay there again."
