Enjoy easy access to dining, shopping, and public transportation, making our condo the perfect launchpad for exploring Kitchener areas. Walking distance to Grand River Hospital, the Go train station and our ION light rail transit connecting the city end to end. You'll also have a complimentary access to a variety of building amenities including the lounge area with an outdoor terrace, peloton room, work out room, hot tub, swim spa, and Bowling! Please note that there is current construction of building 3 which will add a bunch more amenities, restaurants and shops!

Nicole provided a very thorough guest manual and the check-in process was straightforward and easy! The apartment was clean, beautifully styled and a really gorgeous place to stay. It was a ten-minute walk to the lrt as well: super convenient!
