Eventually after contacting hotels.com this was resolved but he walked away from me and refused to deal with the issue until the morning. Additionally, the bathroom was infested with wasps and although there were others to use and it was eventually resolved, it wasn't ideal. "Location was excellent. The room was OK, basic reasonably clean. The guy on reception (sorry didn't get your name) was lovely. Communal area of the building were run down, could say this added to the character of the building. Room cleaned daily towels changed on request. Coffee machine in reception, none in room, but plenty of cafes close by. Breakfast is in a cafe 5 minutes walk away. This was basic and service was mixed, fine for 2 of the days not good on the last. "Spacious and cheap accomondation. No air conditioning, quite newly renovated but still some faults. We we're promised a baby bed but it wasn't in our room upon arrival. Luckily the staff was still able to provide it even it was late evening. No proper coffee machine, quite few kitchenware, broken floor lamp, quite noisy since located close to main street.
