"We only stayed here one night, so we didn't get to explore it much. It has a really pretty lobby and community areas. Brochure says it has hiking trails outside but it was rainy while we were there. The room was cleaner than most hotels, but price is reflective of that. The bathroom sink water pressure was terrible, at one point just trickling out. Thankfully the shower had good water pressure. "The property was in great condition as well as the room. Wonderful quiet rooms, free wi fi, all clean, neat, new appliances and amenities. The check in and check out is HORRIBLE, it takes entirely too long to check in or check out, only one person working desk and they were overwhelmed. I was very upset about having to wait so long.close to an hour each time, sucks. Never had this happen before. "

"I did not receive any info from the host after booking. I had to reach out to them hours before our arrival to make sure we were set. We were supposed to be able to check-in at 4pm; we arrived at the front desk at 3:50pm to fill out the forms and scan my ID. I was told our condo was not ready and they would call me when it was available---no call. We went in again at 4:45pm and were told they forgot to call us. "Property was nice, however our check in did not good so well. We had booked a 3 Bedroom months ago and we get there to check in and didn’t have us in 3 adjoining rooms, was told to get our parking pass and was not told we’re to get them . Drove around the property to find were we we’re supposed to get the pass and found a security guard and asked him and he had no idea . Went back to check in and asked we’re to get the parking pass and we we’re told to go down to the hall we’re we checked in....
