"I travelled from Newcastle and stayed here for my birthday - we had only heard of the hotel on the YWP website when booking an experience. The hotel was really nice, really clean and the layout was really nice (like little pods before entering the hotel with little shops, bistros, restaurants etc made it feel like a holiday resort.) The reception was another pod, the staff were really lovely and they had a little essentials shop too which was a really nice touch for toothbrushes and other things...

"The room and corridors were extremely tired and you could hear those next door quite clearly . The bath was small even for us ( we are not big people) however We could not fault the cleanliness nor the comfort of the bed . "

"Booked a deluxe double room which was excellent with a very comfy bed and pillows. Window kept out all the noise from the bypass. Will definitely book to stay at this hotel when we visit family again. Highly recommend. "
