"We’ve had a lovely week at Leedale cottage. We have two young children so the location was perfect for us. A 30-40 minute drive to lots of child friendly places. Food shops are a short drive away but you can stop off and get what you need on your travels if you plan ahead. The cottage was perfect for what we needed and Joanne was really helpful and welcoming. It’s well equipped and comfortable."

"Lovely comfy warm cottage with everything you need for a home from home experience. Within 10 minutes stroll of a super nature reserve which is a birders delight. An easy 10 mile drive to the gorgeous city of Beverley where you can easily spend a day."

"Had an enjoyable week in a lovely part of Yorkshire. My wife & I are oldies so we cannot reach high placed items. My wife found it difficult to reach the windows in her bedroom. My only complaint was that the shower in the double bedroom could not be turned down and therefore was too hot"

"For some where to relax and silence around the country I would highly recommend the parlour. Nice and peaceful apart from few traffic. Me and and wife loved the relaxing time. Brilliant place for our dog nice walks.Would definitely return in the future."
