"Perfect for a family gathering of 20 people. It’s about a 15-20 min walk to/from the train station and grocery store (we did it a couple times), but I’d recommend a cab or a rental car to get around. The best part of the trip was the excitement of returning to the house after a long day of adventures, and hearing the constant laughter of the children running up and down the halls while playing hide and seek in their very own castle. So much to do both inside and outside the house. Looking forward to visiting again."

"Absolutely beautiful lodge! We only had one night here, sadly, and wished we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was delicious as well, and the views from the dining room are lovely. I would have loved to explore more of the Cairngorms from this location; I bet it would be the perfect place to stay for that too."
