"Lovely hotel and staff but could have been more transparent on pricing. I charged my electric car (only half a battery so usually £20 tops) and found a £45 bill waiting for me. There was no indication of cost or rates charged. With breakfast we saw it was included but that’s just continental ie if you actually want anything from the menu then you pay the overpriced fee for it. But lovely hotel and lovely staff - just wishes it had better price transparency "

"Had a great time, the cottage is lovely. This could be the perfect location for you, but I has a couple of issues that may not affect you. 1) The ceiling in the shower room is too low for very tall people to stand up straight. There’s nothing that can be done about this, it’s an old cottage with a pitched roof, it’s just a quirk of the building.
