"Great no-frills appartment - clean, spacious, in good condition and comfortable (low ceilings and a bit dark as the windows faced the woodland, but it couldn't be helped and it didn't spoil our stay). A pity about the damp smell in the beautiful old main building where the bar and restaurant are but all the staff were friendly, very helpful and the food was good. Good access to coastal walks and for Lancaster too. Ideal for our needs as a group of friends getting together. The pool was nice but...

"We had to chase up the check in process whilst we were waiting outside the property, no information beforehand. There were a number of issues which we commented on to the owner. There was no response, or any acknowledgement of receiving my message. The issues were mainly solved but the day before we left!
