"This property at best a 2 star hotel. The grounds were dirty abd the report was shoddy with ongoing construction everywhere.. The staff was extremely cold and un helpful. It’s out in the middle of nowhere but not a place where you can sink in and relax. I hardly write bad reviews, but if you are used to 5 star or luxury resorts. Be aware this is not it. The area is very run down also. The surrounding mountains are charming, the resort is not. We left 2 days early with no reimbursement."

"We had a great stay! Special thanks to Iraklis who helped us throughout our whole stay and had great recommendations. Also, thanks to Adam at the reception desk that helped us have an enjoyable stay and provided a warm welcome at check-in. We had everything in the hotel, didn't have to leave if you didn't want to explore more outside of it. The Spa is definitely not to miss, the experience we had there was amazing, and so needed!
