I like it is next to beach, dinning is ok. Foods is always on time with extra foods. Beach and communal area is clean. Staffs are works very hard. However, Staffs are not speak English except Yaqub, Dinara. Also do not have fasilaties UK peoples charger for Laptop/phone. Room clean only when you ask.

The hotel is well located, has a nice gravely beach. An all inclusive so the food is not their strength. However, it's a good value for money. Don't recommend the Spa at all. Lack or cleanliness and professionalism. So don't waste your money using them. Stick to the beach and other facilities

Nice hotel next to beach
Close to beach mainly Russians at hotel and staff speak little English . Lovely beach area and near shopping area and bus stops. Rooms were not cleaned properly and hotels toilet areas not cleaned regularly! Food was good but got a bit samey by the end of the week! Nice views from hotel! Get what you pay for and was a good holiday for what we paid! Entertainment was good and all inclusive drinks were good !

THIS IS THE WORSE HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN MY LIFE. I'VE TRAVELED TO OVER 50 COUNTRIES AND THOUGHT I HAVE SEEN IT ALL, UNTIL I STAYED AT THIS ONE. NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS PLACE...THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO GIVE THEMSELVES 5 STAR RESORT.....IT'S A JOKE! ON THE SIDE NOTE, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THE WAY THIS RESERVATION WAS HANDLED BY EXPEDIA. I'VE TRIED TO CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING. CALLED 18 TIMES!!!!! FROM OVERSEAS. THEY GAVE ME A STORY ABOUT THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE TO HELP ME. AT THE END, THE RESORT KEPT ALL THE FUNDS AND EXPEDIA COULD NOT DO (OR DID NOT WANT TO DO) ANYTHING ABOUT IT....THANK GOD WE HAVE COMPETITION IN THIS COUNTRY!!!!

The hotel was full of flies, specially in the restaurant. There were a lot of stray cats in the resultant and walking on the table, licking the used plates. It was a buffet restaurant with lots of fly on open foods and deserts. The air condition was hardly working, we had to buy a small fan. Hardly any staff could speak a word of English. So we could not even tell any one about the problems. The bathroom was not very clean, the shower drain, was almost blocked. We had to really asked a few times to make sure they change the towels and bed sheets, after a few days!! But the sea was good!!!

Booked a suite originally when we arrived they took us to a standard room and when i went back to query the room no one spoke english and when the person who did arrived i was being told that they dont advertise their suites online therefore we cant have it i said thats not my problem you speak to expedia about that. Next day we were given the suite but then the air con was not working and had to keep going to the reception first we were told previous people had lost the AC control and they would fetch a other one after 6 hours i went back and they said control is not an issue but there is a broken part to the air con which needs replacing and this was fixed the next day. Food and scenary and location is superb, some of the staff are nice it tends to be the management and those with a bit more responsibilty that are rude and have attitude problems, the waiters and others are lovely. Wifi is very very poor u rarely get any connection in your room and they say in the lobby it works best but even coming out of the comfort of your room to the lobby it rarely works its soo slow for a five star hotel that is disappointing.

First and foremost, this is my personal review not a complete evaluation. Staff is great, except the checking team. We had to wait for 2 hours at lobby because they said they are waiting for our reservation details from expedia, even though I made a reservation 2 days before I arrived hotel. Food is great, but they need to pay attention to details. Greens and veggies were not cleaned well, some were dirty. Pool is great. Rooms are not very clean.. First day glass of our shower broke. We reported to guest services. Glass is not replaced because they didnt have a glass to replace. We asked them to clean broken glass from shower 3 times but there were still small glass pieces in room and shower... Refrigerator does not work and they did not repla Beach is the best part! Kadir at service is very friendly and nice to guests. tall guy at grill is awesome, cooks well. and never refused our requests. Overall, hotel is at great place in Kemer, great beach and weather. But management is poor. This hotel should be managed in a better way.
