"I love this place and have stayed here many times. It is connected to Terminal 4 at Heathrow by a walkway so no matter which terminal you need, you can get there with a quick tube ride. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, full hot breakfast is great, there is a bar, and the restaurant is open on holidays. "

"The room wasn't very large but was well appointed. It was nice to have a little kitchen. Bathroom does not have grab bars or a non-slip mat...and, well, I slipped and fell pretty hard. Staff did not know where the closest grocery was located or if they carried stamps for a postcard. Spoke to 2 different front desk agent and they did not have answers to my simple questions. Overall, it was a perfectly fine stay. "

"It was a good stay. Bit disappointed we were given an accessibility room which we didn’t ask for. The bathroom could do with some TLC. But rest of the hotel was decent and clean. Breakfast was good too. "

"The hotel is really convenient to Heathrow Terminal 4 and walkable thru a connected tunnel. It was a little confusing at checkin being that the Holiday Inn and the Crown Plaza are connected. I only stayed one night for an early morning flight. I didn’t see much but it was a restful night."

"Good stay, refurbished, comfortable and clean room. Check in staff did a good job. WiFi strong at 40mbps. Pool was good but gym small and sauna/steam room very small and cramped. Great location "

"Very comfortable stay in a lovely, quiet room before a morning flight. Super convenient location, just a minutes walk to the check-in area in the North terminal with the entrance inside the actual terminal. Lovely clean and fresh bathroom with a big shower. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel available. Breakfast was good although the seating area was a little bit messy. Had a Toastie in the evening which was lovely. Would absolutely recommend! "

"The check-in instructions I received on my phone were clear, concise and to the point. The morning after, I found myself calling both the management company and Expedia. My complaint was about the absurd noises and door slamming coming from flats neighboring mine. The noises subsided but for the duration of my week’s long stay, they never fully ceased. The sweat smelling sheets and pillows left on the queen's bed, the mold smell coming from the washer machine, the lack of a utensils' holder in...
