"A fabulous experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Our room was a good size, lean and comfortable. The bathroom was equally a good size, very clean. We attended the New Years Eve dinner and disco which was good value for money. Again the staff were friendly. Food was very good as was the entertainment. Breakfast was equally as good with a wide selection at the buffet. A brilliant stay and we look forward to coming back. "

"Staff could not do enough for us. Breakfast very good. We left car and used taxis to get back and forth into York… worked well no fuss with traffic or parking then. Good location but not if you want to walk as it’s on the outskirts but knew that. I’d stay again"
