"Alles in Allem nettes Haus in schöner Wanderumgebung. Wer höhere Ansprüche an Ausstattung hat, wird allerdings nicht zufrieden sein. Es hat alles gepasst, Wlan sehr gut."

"Wij waren afgelopen week (11-9 t/m17-9) in Buchfink74 en hebben genoten ondanks het bewolkte en koude weer. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer compleet uitgerust. De verhuurders, Claudia en Uwe waren zeer attent en reageerden binnen een half uur."

"Prima ontvangst, mooi groot appartement.. heerlijke bedden… hier en daar wat mankementen… maar daar hebben we op zich weinig last van gehad… Gied overleg met de verhuurder Mains centrum is met de bus heel goed te bereiken… "

"Wir durften 10 Tage in diesem wirklich sehr schönen Haus verbringen. Alles war tiptop sauber, schön eingerichtet und auch gut ausgestattet. Fantastisch war der riesige Garten und die überdachte Terrasse. Die Lage von dem Haus ist perfekt. In nur 3 min zu Fuß ist man am Bahnhof und hat von dort sehr gute Anbindung an viele Ziele in der Umgebung. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation klappte einwandfrei von Anfang bis Ende. Können dieses Haus nur wärmstens...

"Hatten eine Einweisung für die Unterkunft. Saune, Whirlpool, Kinoleinwand usw. Hat alles funktioniert und war eine perfekte Unterkunft zum JGA feiern. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Therme und Casino im der nähe und per Fuß git uu erreichen."

"Wundervolles Häuschen mit sehr hochwertiger und stilvoller Ausstattung. In einem so gemütlichen Bett haben wir selten geschlafen. Die Vermieter waren sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Umgebung lädt zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen ei. Es gibt sowohl viel einsame Natur als auch tolle Museen und Burgen zu sehen. "Der Vermieter ist super freundlich, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben, bis auf den Außenbereich. Anstelle des Gartens betreibt der Vermieter dort jetzt einen kleinen Gastro Betrieb. Dieser stört jedoch nicht, im Gegenteil. Man sitzt dort sehr nett und gemütlich mit Biergarten Atmosphäre und das Essen ist richtig lecker!!"

"Excellent hotel. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Amenities such as small kitchen, sauna and small pool were great. Location in the heart of Wiesbaden was also a bonus. Staff were available and friendly. Definitely recommend and will stay again."

"The Houseboat Villa Nautica is not for everyone. My wife and I are 70 and enjoy staying in unique accommodations such as the tented camps in Kenya. We are self-sufficient and are comfortable living out of our two carry-on bags. We own property in the Rocky Mountains in Canada and love having our morning coffee on our deck watching the wildlife that call this part of the world home.
