"This property was not as described in the descriptions. I was expecting a pool and restaurant and spa. When I arrived, it was in a new development. Construction all around. And it was only a single house with rooms. The other amenities were in another house too far away to go to. No one would help take you there and this location was difficult to find."

"When i arrived they claimed to not have my booking. They then said i had to book witg them directly. They then said i can pay with my card for the room but each addition guest i had to give them cash. Theg saud j would have to cancel my booking but refused to accept thr cancellation hence taking my money. They then claimed i stayed at their residence when trying to make a claim with orbitz."
