"The property was in a good location and did have everything within local reach i.e. tavern, shops and a short drive to the railway station.Cleanliness wasn't what I would expect for a holiday house, the towels supplied for the ensuite were very stained and old, there was linen in the linen cupboard but it was all shoved in like you might so in your own home and the gardens were very overgrown, not like in the photos depicted on your website. There was no BBQ as shown in photos, no bedside tables...

We did not receive any pre-arrival information regarding check in or how to access accommodation. This info was sent to my junk so it went unreceived (no ones fault)- however there were no real attempts made to follow up to ensure we were properly informed and had received the required information. We arrived with no idea on how to get into our property and no contact...
