"Absolutely wonderful room- king bed with private hot spring bath ( room 1127). Wonderful amenities, goodies, drinks in fridge, etc. spacious, clean, well appointed. Half board very fun! Discount tickets for Edo Wonderland. So much fun!! Only 30 minutes to Nikko sightseeing- we had a private driver take us around for the day. Highly recommend 3 nights! "The surrounding area is beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rate included breakfast which was nice. However, this is an all-smoking room hotel - contrary to what it’s listed as. There was no noticeable odor in the room, but might not be the same for all. And they’re having trouble with the hot spring source so there’s no onsen water to the room balcony baths (my main reason for booking), and their regular hot spring will be sometimes closed.
