"Staff are friendly and the room is reasonably priced. It would have been nicer if the room had a small desk."

"Really pleased with the room, only 2 things were needing fixed. The toilet light flickered and bulb needs changed as showering in a strobe light is not great. Also I could not get the shower to get hot water on 2nd morning perhaps a clear procedure of how to operate the shower would help. Was not ideal at sub zero water temps this morning but I’m sure it would not take too much to make it easier to follow."

"Unassuming from the outside but airy, clean and calm inside, the service was first class, the room was terrific - quiet, clean and with tea, coffee and fresh milk, you couldn't ask for more from a guest house. The parking was secure and attached to the house. All in all, hard to beat."

"For my purposes, the Pincerna Rooms fitted the bill perfectly. A short stroll from the station, Union Street and the various offices that I needed to visit.
