"The staff were really friendly and helpful, we arrived early and were allowed to drop our suitcase at reception whilst we went into town. We were also allowed to do an early check in which was really great. The bed was super comfortable, I did have to ask for extra pillows and toilet roll but this was provided promptly. "Liked it so much I returned a few days later. Staff are a credit to the place. The views from the Loch View Rooms, restaurant, bar and beer garden are outstanding. The food was delicious. "
