"Place was clean, well appointed, easy to access, very quiet. I had some wifi issues that host went above and beyond to solve. The only critique I would suggest is a larger TV as the sitting room is quite large and there’s possibly 20+ feet to the TV. Us older gentleman need the visual help. Would stay again when visiting family in the area."

It's an old house that has had some nice amenities slapped on to try to make it appealing... kinda like 'lipstick on a pig.' It's just that those niceties wear off because of all the nickel-n'dime shortcuts the landlord takes. "We had a beautiful stay with 6 kids and 4 adults. The house was super clean, roomy and exactly if not better than described. We had a little hiccup at check in but easily addressed by Paul who was very communicative! We loved the front and back porch for coffee and the hot tub for relaxation. We will be back. "
