Smoking in non smoking areas, inconsiderate yapping in the parking lot. It was also a bit noisy from the nearby highway. the staff was friendly, fair, and attentive. "

"The location. It’s close to the highway. The bed is good I had a good night sleep. The only issue I have when I stayed. The water that is coming out the tub and sink is brown. I’m scared to brush my teeth and take a shower with it. I had to run to the gas station to get some bottled water. I’d say the facility have seen better days."

Is one of many chain hotels at this intersection. We, like others, stayed after attending U of Tn football game. Adequate place, pleasant staff, not bad for price but not really much offered either. "Expedia should not be booking this hotel. They are remodeling. Only had a bed, tv, and 1 set of towels. No microwave, no remote, no fridge, no iron/Ironing boatd, no blankets. Only had a dirty bedspread. No lamps either. I paid for two nights that was not refundable and only stayed one night. It was horrible. It was loud from the remodeling that was being done. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL."
