Is one of many chain hotels at this intersection. We, like others, stayed after attending U of Tn football game. Adequate place, pleasant staff, not bad for price but not really much offered either. "On our arrival, property was deserted. Sign at desk said “call this number.” Night manager said, “no hot water; go somewhere else; we will refund money.” We called Hotels.com; girl said refund would come; booked us to Rodeway for cost of another room. After numerous calls to Hotels.com and OYO: 1. No refund. 2. We paid for two rooms and got only one. 3. OYO and Hotels.com both lied to us and both cheated us. 4. I firmly doubt either company will print the truth."
