Everyone was very friendly, the location is ideal and close to many restaurants within walking distance. We didn't try the Academy restaurant, but it looked inviting and the menu also looked good. Would definitely stay there again.

Have stayed in this hotel many times before, this was our first stay post the renovation. The bed was extremely comfy and the linens are great - very nice sheets and towels. The shower was a bit disappointing for a brand new reno. The drain got clogged just from use (not hair, etc.) and the shower would start to fill up and was always worried it would overflow. The shower also doesn’t get very hot. It was just hot enough to shower but had to have it turned all the way up. However staff were wonderful and we will definitely return.

Perfect location. Restaurant attractive with attentive, warm service - food better than expected. Unfortunately, rooms need more sound proofing. Can hear neighbours footsteps and action in hallway - made worse by the hockey parents who chose to use the hallways as their common room til well after midnight.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It's a completely new hotel inside. The room was large, spacious and beautifully decorated. There are great hotels in the area, but I know this was the best decision after spending that night here. Chloe at the front desk was very pleasant and made the check-in go as smoothly as possible. My only concern was the weather-stripping on the hotel room door. They went for a seamless transition from hallway to room, but I felt there should be more sealing on the door for when it's closed. It allowed noticeable light and hallway noise in the room. The door is down a small alcove, so it wasn't intrusive during sleeping.
