The property has a beautiful wood burner which heated the property as well as central heating.Large kitchen/dinning room/ sitting room so if cooking you do not feel left out from the rest of the group/ family. The garden was large garden fir Bbq would be great for BBQs."

"We are a group of 5 ladies who have been friends for 35 years and love our weekends away . Rye is a fabulous place and the house in a perfect location in Rye. The house has been decorated and designed so well with plenty of space for 5.Maybe a little snug in the sitting room but we managed to get cosy.
