"Lovely cottage, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We didn’t use washing machine as only stayed 3 nights. Has eye level oven and ideal for the less mobile as everything on one floor. Cosy, comfortable lounge with tv and plenty of books to read. Would happily stay again."

"A beautiful property with bags of charm. It was very well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our hosts had left a lovely welcome basket and texted to make sure we had everything we needed. Well placed for visiting Rutland water and exploring the local area. It didn’t bother us but one thing to consider if you have light sleepers in your party: Inevitably as an old property the upstairs floors creak a bit which some may find disturbing."

"Thank you for a wonderful stay at Rivernene Cottages. Hosts Stephen and Phil were amazing and could not do enough for all the guests. "Great bungalow to stay in. Local pub (horse and jockey) just a 10 minute walk away, lovely meal in there. We stayed in carrot cottage, which had everything we needed. Only couple of things: 1. TV a bit small and couple of steps to bedroom could be a problem for a disabled person. My mam managed them, but worried she might fall over then at night. So left the light on over night. Overall great place to stay."
