I assumed it wa on the beach side of S Fletcher. But it was fantastic otherwise. Full moon glistening off the ocean, perfect temperature to have the balcony door open. Just wonderful "

"All the reviews were right - the property could use a little more updating, but the room was nice and clean. The lobby was awesome, and had a selection of beer, wine and cocktails to buy at a fair price, so we didn't have to go anywhere! The only downside we experienced was the Internet. Even after we were able to find the wifi, the connection was REALLY slow, which made it difficult to watch the Roku we brought. Otherwise, wonderful stay! We will be back!! "

"We came into town on short notice to attend the Amelia Island concourse. This hotel was one of the few that had available rooms. It was also priced under the other hotels in the area so our expectations were not that high. We were surprised. The beds were very nice and very clean with soft sheets. The room was well kept. we had a minor problem with the air conditioner in the room, it would not heat. We told the front desk and they actually had the entire unit changed. It worked perfectly after that, it was brand new. This is what I call very good customer service. The location of this hotel was great. We would definitely stay there again. And we have stayed in places that cost 1000 a night."
