"I'm always dubious about staying in apartment buildings, but this VRBO conversion was a nice surprise. Clean, good parking, nicely furnished, and the neighbors were quiet. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores plus short drives to major roads or highways. I'd recommend this unit to anyone for a short stay, as we did, or to those looking for a nice place to stay while working a temporary job in Kingman. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The owner was very attentive to us and was so pleasant to speak with. Even before we arrived; in the directions it stated watch out for Cows, that was a fact. Free range cattle every where, with cattle guards all along the roads and bold writing on pavement. You Will need a high clearance vehicle to traverse the terrain. "No communication from owner explaining how to enter property. Sitting outside in 46 degree weather and having to wait on VRBO staff to get a hold of him to help us. They weren’t getting ahold of him so they gave us the contact info and eventually we got in touch and got the code to get in. There were cobwebs in the bathroom and on some of the towels.
