"No communication from owner explaining how to enter property. Sitting outside in 46 degree weather and having to wait on VRBO staff to get a hold of him to help us. They weren’t getting ahold of him so they gave us the contact info and eventually we got in touch and got the code to get in. There were cobwebs in the bathroom and on some of the towels.
