Parking space next to the accommodation. Our main issue was was with the on line check in as the welcome pack with the form to do this was not attached with the information sent by the hosts. "Log home was equipped with all we needed for our stay. William and Rhonda were friendly and helpful. It was a cold and drizzly August so we appreciated the underfloor heating and even lit the ready laid log fire on one evening. The downstairs bathroom and bedroom are ideal for a less mobile person. Easy access to Inverness but still in quiet country area.Thank you."

"Negatives: There was an overwhelming damp/off smell when we first entered the apartment which I later discovered came from the vacuum cleaner when I used it. The bathroom light and hot water tap didn't work and the duvet for the sofa bed had a yellow stain on it. The "free kids club" is a run down cabin in which you pay £1 per game of pool (don't expect chalk). There are no plug sockets beside the bedroom mirror/dressing table. The bar area was always empty. Positives: The area is fantastic....

"We enjoyed our three day break at Nethybridge very much in this fine old hotel. Even though it’s looking a bit tired in places, it makes up for any shortcomings with bags of character and first class, friendly and professional staff. The room and bathroom were really spacious and comfortable and the buffet breakfast caters for all tastes and is delicious. We ate in the restaurant for dinner each night and thoroughly recommend as the food is excellent and reasonably priced. Overall, a memorable stay, and we’d happily come back if returning to this lovely part of Scotland."
