"Great location. We had a room at the back, so it was also very quiet. Room was good value for the price. No fridhe or coffee in the room. Walkable to many restaurants and the local sites. Our one big problem was that we had only cold water in the shower for our three night stay. Also the water in the bathroom sink only came out in a small dribble. My reservation is one bedroom apartment,they put a lot of Dimethyl sulfate in the apartment.Then they gave me a two bedroom apartment (because they can poison me from upstairs and downstairs,they can pour formic acid in water tank).They put formic acid and toxic chemicals on stove,put pesticide in pot,put formic acid in water tank.Every time when I came out they enter my apartment and spray a lot of formic acid (feel like a lot).They still spray formic...

"Carlos is a great host, very personable, and can speak English. This location is super prime because it is steps from Plaza Grande (the main park and cathedral in downtown Merida). Our suite was equipped with a kitchenette so we were able to make some of our meals in and save money! The kitchenette was equipped with a coffee maker, blender, pots, a pan, dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses, and basic utensils. This loft is Merida's best kept secret, and has very reasonable rates!"
