"We enjoyed how this property was tucked back a bit. We couldn’t see our neighbors which was nice. I also appreciated firewood being on the property. We got full use of the fire pit and grill. Parking was easy and it was easy to find the cabin. The check in and out were smooth. There were a couple of oddities but were extremely minor inconveniences. There is no dishwasher, and the bathroom door downstairs locks itself sometimes and only one of us could figure out how to unlock it. But overall...

"Very very nice- appreciate hot tub ready for every day- toilet paper and paper towel soap etc already available was real nice- consider a box of Kleenex would be a nice touch but that is not a complaint- directions on the fireplace would be nice unless it’s not meant to be used- thanks for being a very nice part of our beautiful trip"

"Great little get-a-way in the woods but close to everything you need! Super clean! Small shower but having a sink in your bedroom is helpful for everyone to get ready at once! Great space! Will go back again! Thanks for sharing your home with us"

"This almost didn't happen because there was a storm that took the power out. But, fortunately, the power was on and we were able to have 2 nights there. It has so much character. It was clean and located close to the New River Gorge for us to commute back and forth. Tiffany was wonderful to communicate with us and she and Kevin gave a quick history lesson of the place."

"We loved the location. The only bad thing was the driveway was too steep to park on so you have to park at the bottom and carry everything up when you get there and down when you leave. The house was great and the views are even better."

"It was exactly as advertised, the best cabin !! , the whole family was very happy about it all . Plus being in the woods and only minutes from town to restaurants. Soak in the hot tub after a long day rafting on rapids - oh yeah . So peaceful and enjoyable . Perfectly cleaned and great staff - Thank you and yes we will return again in our near future"

"Great location. Enjoyed the small town of Fayetteville. Spent a lot of time around he fire ring since our weather was the best Hosts were quick to reply to our needs. Hot tub was a nice feature. Recommend this cabinet n if you want to stay in a central location to many places within the park."

"Our family enjoyed a wonderful weekend at the cabin. The cabin has everything you need, including games and toys for our grandson. The host was easy to reach and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. There is no wifi, but we were happy about that- we got to enjoy our family that much more. New River gorge is 20 mins away- so we were able to hike and visit town for coffee, ice cream etc. I would recommend to my friends and family for sure."

"Property is located on a hill in the woods so very quiet. Parking was limited but close to cabin. Cabin is functional but a bit dated. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The location is outstanding if you are traveling for New River Gorge activities. While pet friendly, you are asked to crate them If you leave them alone in the residence so plan ahead. Check in was easy and owners were very nice. If you are going as a group for park activities, this place is great."

"The grandkids loved making s'mores in the outdoor firepit. The charcoal grill was like new and our steaks were delicious. The property manager was a delight to work with, immediately responding to resolve any questions or issues. It was too hot over Fathers Day Weekend to use the beautiful stone fireplace inside the cabin. We loved sitting on the deck where we could hear the water flowing across the street. There was a nice family owned diner/cafe only 15 minutes away with a huge breakfast menu....
