"Stayed for a second time and really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are a good size , bathrooms clean as well as the rooms minus a couple of carpet stains which can’t be avoided. The w would stay again "

"Room very small but clean, very comfortable bed, good shower with plenty hot water. Missed having a kettle in the room. For the money we paid couldn’t really fault it and it was very well situated. "

The hotel was advertised as having free valet parking, but this was a mistake on the Hotels.com website at it was not included (discounted rate at another car park nearby instead). The travel cot for the baby did not come with a mattress, so was unusable. Free welcome drink promised was not included, but staff were otherwise very helpful."

"Staff were really friendly and welcoming. It was very busy but to be expected in December party night season. Pool was fun, breakfast was plentiful. Room was warm but with a window open it was cooler. The towels were changed when they didn't need to just need to practice what they advertise for sustainability "

"I have stayed at this hotel a few times and rooms were great. However this time room I got was not so good. Not all lights worked, it was a very cold night outside but the heating in room was not working great and went off over night so room was uncomfortably cold. Then shower drain was not working right either ad shower door didn’t close properly and when got out shower floor was flooded and water nearly reached carpet in room. Informed staff on checking out."

"The hotel is a great base for a few days in Edinburgh at a fraction of the cost of the city centre hotels. Excellent transport links into the city centre and a shuttle to the airport even though the airport is within walking distance. Big, comfortable room. No airport noise despite being so close. Big bar and great breakfast buffet."
