"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with no smells. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. The drain in the bathroom sink was slow And a couple plaster spots in the bathroom, looked like they needed repair. But overall everything was clean, no smells, comfortable, and quiet. I will definitely stay here again."

"Close to Ruby Falls, Rocky City Gardens, Inclined RaIlroad, and Chattanooga Aquarium. Accessible for Uber and Lyft transportation. Quiet and clean facility. Enjoyed breakfast bar each morning. "

"Overall great stay! In a great location for exploring Chattanooga. We didn’t spend much time in the room so it was a great place to lay our heads. Provided breakfast was really good! Everything worked in our room and it was comfortable and clean. Our shower was on a constant drip but that didn’t bother us, I’m just worried about their water bill, lol. The only complaint I have was our room keys were apparently “programmed” for one night so every day we went to get into our room and were rejected, had to go down to the desk, and re-activate our keys. Minor inconvenience and no worries on our end but just some feedback for the staff! Thanks for everything! "

"We stayed there for 2 nights during our weekend getaway to Chattanooga. The room was great and had everything we needed for the 2 nights. Check-in was simple, and received text message from staff to ensure everything went well with this process and they checked on us after our 1st night to ensure everything was well. I would recommend this place to family and friends. We would stay again our next visit there. "

"When I went to rent a room I wasn't concerned about my situation. I knew they at least had an elevator. But when we get there and go to check in the lady puts us in the whole total different building in the back. No elevator. I panicked. Once we got around to the room of course there was a luxurious staircase. Now mind you I am 4 weeks out of a complete hip replacement. I knew steps were no no. So I got our stuff together went up there and spent the night. The next day we get up to leave and someone called from the hotel asking if we were going to stay another night and if we wanted a ground room. We took the ground room and moved in once we got back from our day trip. It was very thoughtful of the person who called and I want to thank them. It was my birthday weekend and we had a great time. Thank you"
