"There was some sort of mix up in my booking and after being moved to 3 different address needless to say I wasn’t happy poor is being kind"

"On a council estate - 9 rooms in a what was a 2/3 bedroom house - room like a prison cell, dirty carpet, dust and cup marks on desk - looks like u stand in the toilet shower....I'm not joking - full of students - room adjoins the kitchen / dining area and below the stairs - with washing machine next to room on all night... Positive thing ......I think the sheets are clean and wifi is ok..don't know where the reviews came ?"

"Good location, spacious and clean. Biggest issue I had was no hot water after 12pm as it is on timer and no way to override. This meant when I finished showering, the small tank of hot water was gone and just as my wife got in, the water was cold. Never experienced anything like it. It was terrible shich spoilt a good experience. To the management, shutting down hot water after 12pm ( which I later found is stated on the checkin sheet) is very irrational and harsh despite cost of energy crisis."

"And exceptional venue, unique and luxurious. Even as somebody who is motor racing agnostic, the venue does leave you in awe. The accommodation is exceptional. The pool And sauna are lovely"

"The studio has many facilities which I felt would benefit couples/families more. The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message. This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. After checking out, the deposit was not returned until I chased for it."

"Lovely friendly hotel. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Room very clean. Bathroom and shower immaculate. I received maid service every day for the duration of my stay. Nice choice for breakfast. All food was hot and tasty. I would definitely stay here again. "
