130 acres of rural retreat with spectacular views

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (29)

The weather was great for swimming in the pool (waist deep and unheated but warm enough), there were ample kitchen and glassware, comfy beds and the highlight was the fire pit which we used nightly. The playground was a bit tired, and you have to bring bottled water beyond 10L provided, but the house was still brilliant for kids and adults, and we’d happily stay again."

"Great location. Homely. We enjoyed our stay. The hot water was not hot enough. The bathroom door didn’t shut properly. Tea towels would have been nice. Everything else was perfect. Thank you for our stay. Was lovely. "

However, one issue we encountered was the insufficient supply of hot water in the showers. This was a bit inconvenient, especially for a few families,...
