"We loved UpYonda! Erin and Mark are so nice and easy to communicate with. The home is beautiful and there really is everything you need there. The suite upstairs is beautiful and huge!! The view of the water is amazing and the wildlife was stunning. We saw a fox, Blue Heron and got video of an Otter rolling around in the snow on the dock! The stargazing is fantastic and we made a snowman. We loved it. "

"We were booked to go to OBX, but the snowstorm changed that...so plan B! Plan B was a fantastic choice...great place to chill out, drink wine, dance and relax by the bonfire! Hosts were very quick to respond to emails, the beds were comfy and the kitchen stocked! I'd love to come back (I live in Oregon) and bring my grandsons here this Summer! "

"Very interesting home with a lot of family history. Piano. Guitar. Amazing dining room table. Wonderful upstairs suite with other bedrooms two floors away so lots of privacy. Kitchen looked well stocked although we ate all our meals at a relative’s home. I didn’t cook at all. Beach is lovely!"

"Fantastic time in Heathsville. House was beautiful and comfortable. Cozy beds and linens. Spacious rooms, all with beautiful water views. Private bay beach was heaven, even with chilly temperatures. Hosts were easily reached and accommodating. We had a concern with the stove and the hosts had a handyman there tontake cate or it within 10 minutes of contacting them. Hope we have the opportunity to stybat this property again."

"Rock Hall is a beautiful property that is nicely situated between several quaint towns. We loved the space and the large yard for the kids and dog to run. I do feel that it was a bit overpriced for what the house offers. In contrast to other rentals I found this to be quite stark and lacking in the comforts that I look for during a stay. "I think this was our 5th or 6th Valentine's Day week stay. It was wonderful, as always. Cozy little house, comfy bed, fabulous bathroom, fantastic hot tub. A good place to settle in and take a break. The views are amazing. We had kind of crappy weather, but it's a nice place to snuggle in warmly when it's cold and rainy/snowy out. The fireplaces available at the push of a button make things homey and romantic."

"We had a wonderful time staying at this home. We were a group of 12 ladies getting away for a girls weekend. This place was perfect, we did not leave for 3 days! Pickleball, paddle boarding, hot tub, and the arcade kept us busy. We were also able to go on long walks in the area. Plenty of room for everyone and a nice large kitchen to cook meals in and just hang out!"
