"This property is AMAZING!! The house met and exceeded every expectation. From the spaciousness, cleanliness and breathtaking river views. The screen in porch was a great place for us to just hangout. The pool area was another great space to relax. The dock with crab pots and water “toys” was great and so was the fire pit. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!!"

"The house is lovely and the view of the river is gorgeous - especially the sunsets. There are huge windows looking out into the the trees and the river. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us. The kitchen has everything you would need - even popover pans! The owners were wonderful: when the kitchen faucet broke, they fixed it immediately.The private beach is lovely too - although we couldn't really use it that much given it was December. It would be great to come back in the summer."

"We spent a month at this beautiful peaceful retreat & it was wonderful. The home is a rustic, unique A-frame situated right on the Rappahannock River. We had the privilege of seeing several bald eagles from the back deck during our stay. It was very comfortable and we felt like we were at home while we were there. We brought our Labrador Retriever who enjoyed his stay as well. Would highly recommend this property to others who are looking for a laid back place to stay complete with tranquility...
