"Absolutely beautiful place from the scenery to the gorgeous rooms. The owners were pure delightful and couldnt do enough. Now..breakfast..wow fresh croissants, toast and a full fry! Tea coffee orange and Gareths own ginger drink..lovely. Really cant say good enough things other than we will be making this a yearly visit! And a special card and chocolates on arrival to celebrate hubbys birthday."

"This property was beautiful from decoration to welcoming from Vivienne. The cottage is out in the country for some quiet but close to so many things to do. The hosts are wonderful and the place couldn’t be more beautiful. 😍 "

"We had a problem accessing the security key numbers - x2 - necessary to get into the property. Hotels.com app failed and both tel calls and emails to the owner failed for over 2 hours. Finally got access. Will probably mean that I won’t stay in accommodation that doesn’t have a front desk in future. Otherwise a comfortable stay near centre of town. Clean, quiet with plenty of room. Missing coffee pods in supplies left for guests. Thank you."

Sea view Stay

"From the moment we checked in until we checked out everything was excellent. Our room 205 had a wonderful sea view and was spotless. It was very comfortable and I loved the exposed brick wall. Dinner and breakfast were excellent and service was top notch. Special thanks to Sarah, Thomas & Nicola. We will be back 😁"

"We had a wonderful stay at The Belmont House Hotel recently. We received a very warm welcome from the lovely receptionist which makes all the difference when you have travelled a distance in such bad weather. Our room was magnificent, above average in size and tastefully decorated. We overlooked the gardens to the front and side and yet it was very quiet. It was spotlessly clean. The en-suite was both modern & spacious. Despite the size, the room was very cosy & warm, we felt very comfortable in the large bed and slept well. We thoroughly enjoyed our Breakfast, again the staff were very friendly & helpful. The food was delicious & prepared with care. We can not recommend this Hotel highly enough! What a gem, nestled in the wonderful town of Banbridge! Great Shops & very friendly community. Put it on your list for a visit you won’t regret it! Gateway to the mourne mountains

"Myself and my partner only stayed for one night. The cabin was very clean and cosy with everything we needed for our short break. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, things that not all places we have stayed get right. We used it as a stop off on our trip to photograph the mountains and surrounding areas, this was the perfect stop off for what we wanted. Thank you for the stay, it made our break, we will definitely be booking again."
