"For a budget friendly price, it was a very spacious 2 bedroom/bathroom villa. The rooms are dated but totally fine. The only complaint was the master room in B16 did not cool and smelled mildewy. I ended up turning off that unit and blew a fan from the living down the hall to the bedroom. That worked ok. I did tell the desk about the AC issue. The grounds and access to the Outrigger pools and bars welas great. Very friendly staff. Would stay again. "

Enjoyed the lanai in AM and evening, condo pool during day. Beach for sunrise and resort pool and tiki bar as well. Great location to access from Kapaa to Waimea Canyon before we headed to Princeville .Communication with owner and manager quick and responsive!.
