I refuses to pay as all bills were settled. Their error. A bit surprising. "

"This hotel is not new or luxurious, the rooms are not spacious or particularly well set out. However, staying here will be remembered for the outstanding courtesy of the staff, superb breakfasts and evening chai, and its location at the very heart of a vibrant city. Excellent value for money, I have no hesitation in recommending it to visitors who appreciate service over appearance."
