"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Residency Fort Mumbai. The staff was excellent—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious room with a great view. The included breakfast had a well-balanced selection of Indian and Western options, which we really enjoyed. The hotel also ensured that we had plenty of hot water, making our stay even more comfortable. Our airport pickup was smooth, with the driver waiting for us as promised. A thoughtful touch was the small map of the area provided by the hotel, which made it easy to navigate the surroundings. Lastly, the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. "The hotel is very old, but it is very clean and it is in a very good conditions look like new. Room is clean. very good size bed is comfortable a lot of things to do around the area in walking distant 5 to 10 minutes. You can be in the middle of everything."

"I don't write any reviews but I had to for this establishment. This was the best hotel I've ever been to. I am very well traveled, have been around the world and unbiased. Went to another hotel in Mumbai for a night after my two nights stay here and it was night and day. Service quality and the staff here are remarkable. Every accommodation was made quickly and respectfully. When staff members know your name everywhere you go, that shows their dedication. W"
