"The property in general was quite nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was there was no onsite restaurant for dinner or a full regular bar. There is a nice restaurant for breakfast and lunch but only open till 6 (sometimes only till 2). There is a pool bar but what you’d expect for a pool bar, not for a nice dinner and a cocktail. "The only thing that was the consensus of every family, including ours, is that for the nightly rate, pool and beach chairs should be guaranteed. My guess is that they have enough pool chairs for about 30% of the rooms, faaaar too low and we saw it causing some serious anger and jockeying for pool chairs in a line 20 minutes before the pool opened. We opted to stay out of that nightmare and rent chairs from a private vendor on the beach. The resorts beach chairs must be paid for and sell out days...

"Loved the pools and dining options however they were understaffed at the restaurants so we had to wait for a long time for drinks, food and our check with two sleepy babies. Our room was also kind of far from the lobby, again with two kids not easy to navigate with stroller and beach bags but we made it work just lots of walking. "

"Lovely resort. Comfy room. Some strange interactions with the valet upon arrival. They were confrontational and laughed at my husband when he asked a question. Overall, I don’t think the staff was very happy as we had few positive interactions. Very pretty grounds. Loved the tranquil pool. "

"The view was beautiful from the balcony as it was right on the beach. Unit was very clean and had everything you needed for an enjoyable vacation. The king bed was comfortable and it is always nice to have a washer & dryer. The one recommendation I would make would be to upgrade the living room furniture as it is very uncomfortable and outdated. "
